Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient. We ask that you notify us by telephone, text or email at least two business days in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled time. Insufficent notice may result in missed appointment charges.

We submit your dental claims and accept payment from most insurance companies. Patients are responsible for amounts not paid by their company. We ask that you keep us up to date with any changes to your plan and coverage. Insurance companies do not always communicate to our office so, its important to work together to plan out your treatment costs.
