Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient. We ask that you notify us by telephone or by smile reminder at least two business days in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled time, to avoid a re-scheduling charge.

Direct insurance billing. We submit your dental claims and accept payment from most insurance companies. However patients are responsible for any amount not paid by their company.
